RECLAIM

A Path Back to Self

RECLAIM is for women who are high-functioning, outwardly successful, and quietly exhausted—women who are tired of holding themselves together through constant self-override and are ready to live from choice.

If you’re here, you don’t need to prove anything.

You don’t need to sort anything out before you begin. Your patterns formed in response to real demands. This work begins by understanding how they developed, not by trying to fix them.RECLAIM restores self-regulation and a sense of authority, creating the conditions for real choice.
Decisions become clearer, more self-directed, and sustainable rather than forced.

What RECLAIM Is

RECLAIM is a structured, evidence-informed program designed to change how women relate to pressure, demand, and responsibility—without requiring them to abandon the lives they’ve built. The pace is deliberate, and the work is designed to align with your current capacity, not override it.Rather than focusing on symptom management or self-improvement, RECLAIM addresses the underlying patterns shaped by years of role-based living and sustained self-override. It follows a deliberate, sequenced process that helps women:
• Restore nervous system capacity so regulation becomes possible again
• Interrupt autopilot patterns
• Separate obligation from genuine preference
• Rebuild the capacity to make decisions from a stable internal state instead of pressure, urgency, or self-override
RECLAIM is not about fixing what is broken. It is about restoring the internal conditions required for sustainable self-leadership.

Why RECLAIM Exists

Across behavioral health and wellness settings, the same pattern appeared again and again.Women who were capable, reliable, and successful—professionals, caregivers, leaders—were functioning well on the outside while quietly exhausted on the inside. Accomplishments no longer felt satisfying. Motivation was sustained by obligation rather than choice. Over time, resentment, numbness, or quiet rage began to surface. What became clear was that the issue was not willpower, resilience, or mindset. It was structural.Years of role-based living and chronic responsibility trained women to override their own internal signals in order to stay functional. Eventually, that system stops working.RECLAIM was created to address this gap.

Who RECLAIM Is For

RECLAIM is for women who:
• Carry significant responsibility at work, home, or both
• Are capable, reliable, and outwardly successful
• Are exhausted from sustaining their lives through self-override
• Have tried insight, therapy, or wellness approaches without durable change
• Are willing to examine patterns honestly and act deliberately
RECLAIM is for women who are ready to stop white-knuckling their way through life and start living from choice.
Readiness here does not mean certainty. It means willingness

Who RECLAIM Is Not For

RECLAIM is not appropriate for women who:
• Are in acute mental health crisis or require stabilization
• Have an active, untreated substance use disorder
• Are currently in abusive or unsafe environments
• Are seeking rescue, reassurance, or passive change
• Cannot commit protected time and attention for the duration of the program
These boundaries exist so no one is asked to do work here that would require more support than this program is designed to provide.

Program Structure

• Duration: 7 weeks
• Format: Small-cohort, online-based
• Cohort size: 6–10 women
• Time commitment: ~60–90 minutes per week
• Live sessions: Every other week (4 total); one consistent weekday evening
• 1:1 Intake: 30 minutes (required)
• Optional Closing 1:1: 30 minutes
This structure is intentionally designed to be rigorous without being draining—and to fit into real lives with real responsibilities.

The RECLAIM Framework

RECLAIM follows a clear, repeatable process.
This framework is taught, practiced, and applied—not discussed abstractly.
Each phase builds the skills and conditions required for the next.

  • R — Regulate: Restore nervous system capacity so choice becomes possible.

  • E — Extract: Separate conditioned roles and “shoulds” from self-authored values.

  • C — Confront: Examine patterns and tradeoffs with clarity and accountability.

  • L — Liberate: Withdraw participation from obligations that no longer align with choice.

  • A — Author: Practice self-directed decision-making grounded in values.

  • I — Integrate: Stabilize change through small, repeatable actions.

  • M — Maintain: Develop the ability to self-correct without shame or collapse.

Enrollment and Investment

RECLAIM requires protected time, sustained attention, and a willingness to engage consistently over the course of the program. The structure is designed to support this without adding unnecessary strain to already full lives.Program investment: $1,800Enrollment is application-based to ensure fit, timing, and safety. Acceptance is not guaranteed.
Enrollment is limited to preserve safety, depth, and integrity.
Once your application is reviewed, participants accepted into the program will receive enrollment details by email.

Scope and Boundaries

RECLAIM is not therapy. It does not provide medical, psychiatric, or psychological treatment.
RECLAIM is not crisis support, emotional processing on demand, or a space for rescue.
It does not promise specific outcomes or offer a one-and-done solution.
RECLAIM is a disciplined, participatory process that requires honesty, responsibility, and protected time.
